How could we improve this site? Our goal is to get as many teachers on this site, talking to other like minded teachers, but we want the site to be as easy to use as possible.
Any crazy ideas you have, we want to hear!

Singing together feedback – Paul McCandless 19.1.21
Just tried first few videos of the lessons and enjoyed them- thank you.
Tutor very clear and positive without being too ‘gushing’. Explanations were stated simply without too much unnecessay detail (for example, the ‘Breathing’ clip was very clear and succinct).
Graphics nicely uniform and early diagrams clear line diagrams without too much colour to distract the eye.
Navigating the lessons could be one step easier by simply clicking when complete and this takes directly to the next lesson point (although members may wish to go back over lessons before moving on?)
Some clips a little short. Perhaps joing several together to allow ‘flow’ – especially the introduction. Clips 1-5 could be one clip (this would decrease the breaks and the for some irritating intros to each clip. Why was there two separate videos on ‘posture’ – could they be merged into one?
Suggest you warn members not to push themselves too high or low but to stop if they feel any discomfort (for example, I struggled with the high notes in the exercises)
Points for completing sections good motivator for children but not for adults (could possibly have a toggle off switch for members not wanting to collect points?

Thanks so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I have taken on board what you have suggested and will discuss it with the team about what could be implemented before launch, and take the further points into our next courses.

Hi, couple more observations…I hope you don’t feel I’m a bit negative but they are meant in a spirit of helpfulness…
1. To write more observations I had to reply rather than start a new one.
2. I would prefer there to be no background music to slides as it can become irritating after a while (although I realise that this might not be so for others)
3. The Summary Slide only mentioned that a warm up was to protect your voice but the Quiz answer included other aspects.
Really enjoying the teaching, Paul

Hi Pete, I have entered a few suggestions already and have one more but can’t navigate to type in. Perhaps a simpler suggestions system would help? Anyway, my latest suggestions is that when a member has played a video clip it would be better for this to be automatically recorded that they have completed and to move onto the next section ready for the member to presss ‘play button’ when they are ready. “The Head Voice” required me to click “completed” but the “Vocal Bridge” automatically recorded that I had viewed it.
I loved the diagram for the vocal bridge – although I will need lots of trials to physically find it via the exercise! – Cheers, Paul

Thanks so much for your suggestions Paul, do not worry about being negative, it is exactly what we are looking for! In terms of your comment about feedback, there is a feedback button on the right-hand side of the screen, which sends it anonymously to us if that is easier for you? However, either is good for us.
I will take a look at your comments and see what we can implement!
